How do you know if my clog is in the main line or just under my sink?
We run a camera down from the cleanout or through the fixture to see exactly where the blockage is. That tells us whether it's a quick fix or something bigger. We show you the video so you see it too.
Will drain cleaning damage my old pipes?
We inspect first with the camera. If your pipes are fragile, we use gentler methods. Hydro-jetting is safe on most lines, but we won't use it on pipes we know are weak. The camera tells us what your line can handle.
What if the clog comes back in a few weeks?
If roots are the problem, a single cleaning won't stop them. We'll tell you that upfront and can discuss lining or replacement. For regular buildup, we can recommend maintenance cleaning on a schedule that works for your house.
