HVAC Maintenance

You get seasonal tune-ups catch worn contactors and dirty coils before they turn into expensive emergency calls.

HVAC maintenance is a yearly checkup for your air conditioner and heating system. We come out, inspect all the components, clean the coils, check refrigerant levels, and make sure everything's working the way it should. It's the kind of work that keeps small problems from turning into expensive repairs down the road.

In Magnolia, we recommend getting this done before summer hits hard, usually April or May. We'll check your thermostat, test airflow, lubricate moving parts, and replace or clean your filter. If we spot anything that needs attention, we'll tell you straight up what it is and what it costs to fix.

You get a system that cools and heats more efficiently, lower energy bills, and the confidence that your unit won't break down when you need it most. We document everything we do, so you have a record of the work.

What's included: Full system inspection of indoor and outdoor units; Coil cleaning and filter replacement; Refrigerant level check and adjustment if needed; Thermostat testing and calibration; Written report of findings and any recommendations.

Questions

HVAC Maintenance — FAQ

How often should I get HVAC maintenance?

Once a year is standard. We recommend scheduling in spring before the cooling season kicks in. If you have an older system or run it hard, twice a year makes sense.

Will maintenance help my energy bill?

Yes. A clean, properly tuned system uses less energy to heat or cool your home. Over time, a well-maintained unit can reduce your bills by 10 to 15 percent.

What if the inspection finds a problem?

We'll explain what we found and give you a quote for the repair. You decide if you want to move forward. We won't do any extra work without asking first.
